*A Chorus Line is the story of 15 dancers auditioning for the final 8 places in a Broadway Musical. Zac (Cev Barker) the producer interviews them for their background as well as dancing ability. The casting was very strong with all the participants displaying fine acting and dancing abilities along with some brilliant vocal contributions. The musical number 'One Singular Sensation' that occurs throughout the show was very well sung and danced and was most impressive. Perhaps the most outstanding performances given were by Amy Roche (Diana Morales) her performance of the well known number 'What I Did For Love' was most memorable and by Louise Maude (Cassie Ferguson) her relentless persuant of Zac for a role was superbly acted. The simple set along with well organised choreography and a fine orchestra and good lighting and sound gave us all a most entertaining evening.
