About the show:

Unlike most pantomimes which are based on fairy tales, “Dick Whittington” is the only panto to be based on a real life person. Yes, there really was a Richard Whittington, and he really did become (Lord) Mayor of London in the late 14th century!

Written by pantomime virtuoso Peter Denyer, this version of the classic tale features jokes aplenty, slapstick, larger-than-life characters, action and adventure, some magical goings on as good battles evil, and plenty of singing, dancing and fun to entertain the whole family.   Oh yes it does!
