The President on her tour

In July  we welcomed Jacquie Stedman and her husband David  to Suffolk as they visited  The Childrens Theatre Company and their production  of Jesus Christ Superstar.  This is what she had to say to the Company.   “ This was such a quality production with truly excellent performances. You really made this production your own - with innovative costumes and quite superb voices you brought  a  very modern and imaginative thrust to the show.  You have amazing talent within the society and it was very obvious how much hard work had gone into re-creating this timeless story.”

It’s been 10 years since Bridie Horne  launched her own Theatre School,  The CTC in Needham Market, Suffolk.    In that time it has gone from strength to strength, picking up many awards along the way.  So what better than to celebrate with this iconic production of Jesus Christ Superstar. This musical really ‘rocked’ in the true sense of the word.  Bridie’s vision  brought this right up to date and to make it stand out from the rest.  She must be complimented  on her  vision, inspiration  and passion that she gives to all her cast,  giving them the opportunity to  love and  work together to bring off an incredible production that they will all never forget. Unbelievably this is a youth group!  The talent,  dedication and maturity of the cast  would make you  think you were watching a professional  production.

Well done to Bridie and all her cast and crew.
