Jordan Langford
Originally from Scarborough, North Yorkshire. Jordan graduated as Head Boy from the Italia Conti Academy of Theatre Arts (Student of the Year 2013). Following a successful career as a performer, Jordan began a career as a Choreographer and in 2022, completed an MA in Directing (Distinction) at Rose Bruford College of Theatre and Performance.
Theatre credits include: The Theory of Relativity (Mas Alba, Barcelona); The Tempest (Theatre Space North East); Build a Rocket (GMFringe Award Nominee) UK Tour including Leeds Playhouse, Wonderville West End and Edinburgh Fringe Festival); At Last it’s Summer (London Palladium); Cinderella (Brighton Met); Sweet Charity (Festival Theatre, Edinburgh); The Wizard of Oz (UK Open-Air Tour); Happy (Arts Council funded Tour); Aladdin (Brighton Centre); The Passenger (Manchester Jewish Museum) Dick Whittington (Leeds Conservatoire in conjunction with City Varieties); INK (Courtyard, Rose Bruford); At Last it’s Summer (Workshop and Concept Album recorded at Abbey Road Studios and Capitol Records, LA starring Kerry Ellis, Jason Manford, Janie Dee, Alexia Khadime and Anita Dobson); HAPPY (R&D and Workshop, Sheffield Crucible); Peter Pan the Musical (Italian Tour for PalkettoStage); Secret Santa: The Frost Files; Snow White and Peter Pan, all at the Royal Hippodrome, Eastbourne. Jordan worked as Associate Choreographer for MSC CRUISES and currently holds the position of Creative Associate at BRICK LANE MUSIC HALL in London.
Jordan is a recognised Adjudicator of Dance Competitions and Festivals, he also holds a Certificate of Education (Education, Training and Skills Sector) from the University of Hull, which makes him qualified to teach at Further or Higher Education level.

Session: Rave From the Grave
Drawing inspiration from hit musicals Young Frankenstein, The Addams Family, Hadestown and Beetlejuice, students will embark on an immersive journey, honing their acting, singing and dancing skills under the guidance of a dynamic West End director/choreographer and MD. The course also features a day of special effects makeup, enriching students’ understanding of how to amplify production values for these spook-tacular spectacles.
During the week, you will:
- Immerse yourself in numbers and scenes from four contemporary Broadway and West End musicals
- Work with an experienced musical director to refine your vocal technique within an ensemble, maximising unity, precision and power
- Refine storytelling through detailed character work
- Gain an understanding of the art of comedic staging
- Explore an array of approaches to staging and choreography, expanding your creative toolkit
- Receive continual personalised feedback to strengthen your awareness as a performer
This course is for experienced musical theatre performers.
