Making A Purchase Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store and click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on "Order" and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order.

We accept Visa, Mastercard, Visa Debit, Visa Electron, Solo and Maestro. Credit card transactions carry a 5% handling charge, which will be automatically added to your order. Debit card transactions do not carry a handling charge; however, please note that the NODA store will automatically add 5% to your order, which will be deducted by NODA before your purchase is finalised. We apologise that the Store is unable to distinguish between credit and debit card transactions, and are seeking solutions to rectify this.

If you are shopping from outside the UK, place your order and your credit card company will convert the transaction to your own currency.

We do not charge for any item until it is ready to ship. Back-ordered items are not charged until they are shipped.

Delivery Please note that deliveries to the Scottish Islands, Channel Islands, the Isle of Man and Northern Ireland do not fall into the United Kingdom delivery band. These regions have their own specific delivery band ("UK Outlying Regions") which should be selected at the checkout stage. Perusal scripts do not incur delivery charges; however the cost of returning them must be borne by the customer.

Delivery Schedule Your order will normally arrive within 3 - 5 business days. International orders are generally received in 10 business days. Goods are normally dispatched by second class mail, unless the customer advises us that a faster service is required, in which case the customer will be charged the additional cost. Please note we are required by the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000 to deliver goods within 30 days of the order being made. If for whatever reason we are unable to meet this obligation, we will advise the customer and either agree a revised delivery date or, if this is unacceptable to the customer, offer a refund.

Back Orders If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.

Your right to cancel You have the right to cancel your order within seven days of the order being placed and to receive a refund within 30 days. Any perishable goods or goods that have been personalised or made to a customer’s specification are exempt from the right to cancel.

If you have been forced to cancel your production of a NODA pantomime, we will refund any royalties paid less a 10% charge to cover our administrative costs. Please contact us in writing, explaining clearly your reasons for canceling, and we shall strive to deal with your request as sympathetically as possible.

Tax Charges All orders include VAT or are VAT-exempt.

Credit Card Security All credit card numbers are encrypted in the software when the order is placed using 128 bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach our computer. They are not held in clear text on any web site.

Guarantee We guarantee your satisfaction. If we fail to supply any item, we will not process the transaction and you will not be charged.

Privacy Policy NODA does not disclose buyers' information to third parties. Cookies are used on this shopping site to keep track of the contents of your shopping cart once you have selected an item, to store delivery addresses if the address book is used and to store your details if you select the 'Remember Me' Option.

Returns Policy If goods supplied are faulty or damaged you may return them within 30 days of the purchase. NODA will replace the goods or a full credit note will be issued. If the return is due to an error we have made we will gladly send out the correct goods and refund any delivery charges you have incurred. NODA is unable to accept any other returns.

For orders of play scripts, vocal scores and libs, please ensure you have a performing licence before you place the order as we are unable to accept their return on the grounds that you have been unable to obtain a licence.
