Local impact of BBC consultation

Delivering Quality First

But at what cost?

In January 2011 the BBC launched a consultation with its staff to determine how the BBC could deliver the Trust's strategy within the terms of the new licence fee settlement. As a result of this consultation a set of proposals has been delivered, entitled Delivering Quality First, which set out proposed changes to services.

The BBC Trust has now launched a public consultation on these proposals which runs until 21 December 2011 - you may wish to take part so that your opinions can be taken into consideration.

And how will amateur theatre be affected?

The results of this consultation may have an impact on our members, local radio shows that focus on amateur theatre could be at risk. We would like to know how this could affect you.

Please tell us what you think by taking part in the NODA Forum (you will need to sign in).
